Excellent Machine and a good company to work with.
Ordered the machine for my wife, she absolutely loves it. High quality and well packaged. Was delayed to production and Covid limitations, however the rep for the company always responded to my inquiries without delay and kept me informed as to the status and was always really helpful.
The delivery was very fast, considering it was coming from Spain. It was challenging to open the container and to set up without any directions. Is there anyway to receive a complete manual with instructions as well as complete specifications either by mail or by email? The equipment appears to be excellent quality but want to make sure I have everything set up correctly and also want to know if regular maintanance is necessary. Thank you.
